I was forced to obtain my child's uniform for outwood academy from trutex...I wouldn't choose them again but the school demands it. Her trousers have all broken on the fastener which has come off...we have had to sew buttons on,. and the waistline doesn't fit her. Unfortunately trutex hasn't included any usable pockets, waistline adjusters OR belt loops on their girls trousers so my daughter has had to spend a whole year holding her pants up. Please can you redesign these in time for next term because we aren't allowed to buy them from anywhere else and this is highly infuriating. Boys pants seem to be better designed. Why?
